Erfan Massoumi was born in Tehran, Iran. The daughter of Hossein Massoumi, a Journalist, and Tallat Montazerie, a teacher. When she was 4 years old her and her family moved to German where she grew up. Early on she discovered the love for music and theater. At the age of 11 she wrote all day long lyrics and she used her sisters and bothers as actors to do small theater shows for family and friends. At  the age of 18 she joint a background dancers group. They performed for local bands, on concerts and in clubs. Thats when she met the manager of a Gospel Choir called "The Voices of Praise". She auditioned to be part of the Choire and was accepted as the soprano voice of the group. They performed on concerts, clubs, weddings, corporate parties, ... . 

Her acting debut came in 4 episode of the German comedy show called "Was guckst Du"(1999). She played the sexy nurse. At the same time she sang background for Adem a very well know Turkish singer, she also was the lead girl in his music video. 1 year later she met Sven Krueger, a songwriter and producer and they recorded her 1st Album in Germany, which was part of a compilation CD, that sold 180,000 copies in 2006 in Berlin.

In 2003 she moved to New York and studied Acting at the Stella Adler Acting School. She than landed roles in independent films like: "Dancing with Kendra" and "Al Quarem" which won best cinematography in the New Jersey Film Festival.  As well as "The Burning Flame".

In 2005 she workshopped together with the producer and writer,  a Script, written by the producer of "My Brother" a movie starring Vanessa Williams and Nashan Kearse. Which was release in Spring 2006. The Script is called "The Messiah's Complex", she played Venus, who's sister is mentally ill.
